Scots who are sick of gloomy weather could make decent cash for moving to a sun-soaked Spanish town - and could even double their earnings if they give birth there.
Many Spanish towns' inhabitants have decreased over the years, as younger residents move to busier, larger areas to find work. Gijón is 35 miles away - about an hour and a half drive - making it the nearest city to the village, reports the Daily Star. The coastal area is home to a beautiful beach, palatial houses, a museum, art centre and concert hall.
