Independent federal member for Wentworth Allegra Spender has snappily sold at Great Mackerel Beach, where she’s upgrading weekenders on Pittwater’s western shores.

It had $1 million auction guidance from agent Kathryn Hall, who had marketed it as “an oasis of serenity”. The property, which borders the national park, comes with a two-bedroom 1950s cottage and a 320m level walk to the beach.Allegra Spender and her husband have sold their property at Great Mackerel Beach.
