The team behind a popular Glasgow restaurant is opening a new venue in the city.
Usta - described as the 'home of the shish burger' - will be the sister restaurant to Meze Meze, which specialises in Turkish and Persian cuisine.Staff revealed that they are hiring for full-time positions. A spokesperson said:"As our business expands, we are looking for a few more grill chefs to join our team, as well as experienced front-of-house staff for our new venue USTA.
"Located on the busy Finnieston Strip, we will be open 7 days a week. The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic and have a passion for Mediterranean
