Recently, we asked ex-dockers and their families for nicknames they remember from the docks in Salford and Manchester on the popular We Grew Up In Manchester and We Grew Up In Salford Facebook groups. Members of those groups shared wonderful memories and hilarious nicknames they had overhead through the years.
