The Trentbarton bus route running between Nottingham and Keyworth is improving its services with earlier arrivals, better city stops, and new buses. Planned enhancements will include five refurbished, newer buses to refresh the Keyworth service, which would then be enabled to run every 15 minutes.
These enhancements to the Keyworth service are being delivered as part of Trentbarton's partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council. Tom Morgan, Trentbarton managing director, said: “It’s always exciting to be boosting a service, and the Keyworth is getting a range of enhancements to improve the customer experience.
One of these services included the Skylink, a major route connecting Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, and East Midlands Airport. With it being another popular service, extra trips were added to the timetable throughout the day, allowing for buses to come every 15 minutes, from Monday to Saturday, with an increase in early morning and later evening buses.
