The flight was meant to go to Egypt but was forced to land back at Manchester Airport
A TUI flight flying from Manchester to Hurghada in Egypt was forced to turn around above the North Sea. The aircraft was seen circling above Merseyside and other parts of the north west before returning to Manchester Airport on Saturday.
The flight left Manchester Airport at 2.12pm, according to FlightRadar24, before flying over the North Sea and returning to UK airspace as it continued to fly around parts of the country for approximately two hours. It landed back in Manchester at around 4.25pm on today .
