Police in Lisburn are investigating a robbery at an off-licence where a man allegedly threatened staff with a knife. Two 31-year-old men have been arrested in connection with the incident, which occurred on December 17th on Railway Street.
Police are investigating a report of a robbery at an off-licence by a man claiming to be 'armed with a knife'.
Two men have been arrested in relation to the alleged incident at Railway Street in Lisburn on December 17. A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Shortly before 10pm on Tuesday 17 th December, it was reported that a man claiming to be armed with a knife entered an off-licence in the area and demanded alcohol and money from a staff member."He then made off from the premises on foot accompanied by another male. Police attended and conducted a number of enquiries which led to the arrests of two men, both aged 31, a short time later at a nearby flat at Graham Gardens.
