Thousands of Virgin Media customers across the North West and other parts of the UK are reporting widespread outages with their TV service, leaving many frustrated and demanding answers from the company.
Thousands of people have reported outages with the TV service according to website Down detector. The problem seems to have started at around 9.30pm with many people posting on X to vent their frustration over what appears to be a widespread issue.
People from all over the North West have been reporting the issue which appears to also be affecting other parts of the country too. Virgin Media is yet to post any information about the apparent outage on social media - despite many customers demanding answers.Many customers say they received a V53 error code. Among the areas that appear to be affected are Manchester, Stockport, and Bury.
