Leicester City were set for a seven-point deduction by the Premier League before the club found a legal loophole,Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast
An independent panel ruled in their favour, stopping the Premier League from taking action against them for breaching PSR rules. Three of those points were for breaking the rules, and the club would have received a one-point deduction per £6.5million. Sources revealed to Football Insider that the Premier League might have to go around and change the wording of their rulings because of this.
