Lockerbie: A Search for Truth is set to be shown on Sky in January and has provoked a mixed reaction from relatives of those who lost their lives.
The makers of a new drama about the Lockerbie air disaster hope the series will bring a “new perspective” to the tragedy.
But executive producer Gareth Neame believes the five-part series will help people learn more about what happened.“An awful lot has been written about the Pan Am 103 Lockerbie disaster. But sometimes when you dramatise the story, you bring a new perspective to it. Dr Swire’s daughter Flora was one of the passengers on board the fatal flight and the drama follows his quest for justice.
