Police said there are no reports anyone was injured during the incident in Southport
Police have arrested a man and seized a 'flick knife' after officers swarmed a street in Southport . Officers were called to the scene at around 6.50pm on Tuesday, July 30. It followed a report that a man had been seen with a knife on Eastbank Street. Police said a man was detained around five minutes later at 6.55pm and a flick knife was recovered. There are no reports anyone was injured during the incident, police said.
