Police looking for dash-cam footage of a dark coloured VW Toureg
The 25-year-old was detained by police following the road traffic collision in the Rathcoole Drive area of Newtownabbey yesterday evening, Friday September 15.
“A fourth person received medical treatment at the scene. The road, which was closed for a period of time, has now reopened to traffic.
