Guy Adams had left his car in the care of a meet and greet service
A motorist who left his vehicle with a 'meet and greet' parking service was rudely awakened in the middle of his holiday when staff began driving his car around.
The incident occurred when Mr Adams, a resident near Bristol, left his Range Rover to the Parking 4 You 'meet and greet' service at Bristol Airport last month before jetting off to Spain. For the next 40 minutes, his car was driven around a car park adjacent to the A38 near Bristol Airport. The car park is operated by Parking 4 You, a private company not affiliated with the airport's parking systems. In the middle of the night, Mr Adams attempted to contact the firm, but to no avail. Come morning, with the car still unsecured and unable to reach the firm, he used his phone from Spain to activate the car's alarm.
