"I’ll make it abundantly clear, I haven't conducted an investigation like this before, and I don't think many of us have. I am as confident as I can be that Josh Woods and I did a thorough review of the applicants that we had and we selected the best firm that we could,” said Reynolds. "We're not directing his investigation. We hired the gentleman at this point, and he's going to investigate,” said Reynolds.
