As of Thursday morning, the entire lower Kuskokwim River is on flood advisory. Kwethluk, Bethel, Napaskiak and Oscarville are all seeing flood impacts.

Ostman said the high water isn’t just confined to the Kuskokwim main channel – the tundra is flooding as well.
