Tyron Perrin classmates celebrated his life.
In Dauphin County , Susquehanna Township High School bid farewell to the class of 2024.But one graduate was missing. Tyron Perrin , 18, was shot and killed three days ago. His classmates celebrated his life during Friday's commencement ceremony.'We definitely wanted to have a moment where he was with us, and we just took his cap and gown and put it there – an outward symbol.
It was a special moment for Perrin's family, but there were many more moments honoring him throughout the ceremony.'I had a pretty good relationship with him. We actually laughed. Some of the kids dancing across the stage. It was the last thing he said, 'Miss Archer, can I do my hips?' He does a little dance, so a lot of the kids were paying tributes in their own way that nobody would have known outside of us,' Archer said.
